Our first lawn visit of the season for our Eco-friendly package contains our Pre-emergent weed control and our Pollinator safe grub and surface insect control. This application sets the tone for the season and protects the lawn from crabgrass and lawn damaging insects. All while protecting our bee and butterfly friends. 

We use non-coated fertilizers utilizing MESA and EXPO nutrient technologies. 

MESA is a unique nitrogen source for exceptional turf performance, efficiency and superior sustainability. Its unique ability to simultaneously deliver two forms of nitrogen in three separate ways maximizes the plant’s ability to deliver aesthetic green-up and long-term healthy feeding. MESA’s unmatched proficiency in reaching and remaining in the plant after application, rather than being lost to the environment, illustrates its eco-friendly qualities and sustainable benefits.

MESA delivers slower, more consistent top growth by not having excess nitrogen distributed to the leaf blades. As a result, turf fed by MESA
needs to be mowed less often which greatly reduces the amount of overall
nitrogen being spent in the clippings.

MESA minimizes volatilization and is highly efficient in getting into the
soil where it can feed the turf and doesn’t contribute to greenhouse
gas emissions.
EXPO is an extremely proficient fertilizer that supplies controlled-release potassium sulfate and highly efficient controlled-release nitrogen. While its
extended potassium release rate is what makes EXPO so unique, it’s also a homogeneous product that delivers consistent, excellent performance for
all varieties of turfgrass. Its performance surpasses coated products by providing 10 to12 weeks of controlled release nutrients on cool season grasses.

EXPO delivers multiple benefits to the turfgrass plant, including environmental stress resistance, reduced disease incidence, increased internal water management and expedited turf recovery from
damage and stress.
EXPO Significantly Reduces Leaching. Because potassium leaches quickly in the soil profile, EXPO’s predictable release rate ensures that the
nutrient is being absorbed by the turfgrass plant,
with only minimal loss.

Our second, third and fifth lawn visits with any program contains our fertilizer infused with an innovative bio-catalyst. That increases nutrient availability up to 30%* and improves plant performance. This bio-catalyst is a blend of rich source proteins, amino acids, organic acids, fulvic acid, and natural bacteria that are highly beneficial to the soil and the plant. 

Improved plant performance through deeper and stronger roots. Increased plant stress recovery and prevention. Deeper greening of the plant. These bio-catalysts increase the speed of turf seed germination, assuring successful establishment and survival.

We have our fertilizers custom blended and infused with Humic acid, and Iron. Humic substances support nutrient chelation, root development, water-holding capacity and improve soil structure over time. Iron supports plant chlorophyll production which increases photosynthesis.  This will help the turf reach its rich green color.

Supplements soil with organic matter to aerate compacted soils (clay or sand), allowing for enhanced water penetration and retention.

Every licensed lawn care company has hundreds of weed control products at their disposal for use on your property. We only select the safest and most effective products on the market today. 

Safety is our first priority, for your family, our employees and the environment. Second is effectiveness, it has to work, and work well. Not just on a few common weeds, but on the more uncommon and stubborn weeds. Third is resistance, we don't want to use a product that will have plants easily build up a resistance to over time. 

Our tick and mosquito organic program utilizes a botanical FIFRA 25B exempt product. This ensures safety in sensitive areas or properties with sensitive residents, guests or pets. 

Our traditional tick and mosquito program utilizes the safest pesticides available to protect against both adult ticks and mosquitos and juveniles.

These would be the same products used in publics parks, recreational areas, schools and athletic fields.  

Our mole control products utilize both organic repellent products such as Castor oil and traditional pesticide products. Moles are a very hard to control rodent that does substantial damage to hard scapes and lawns. This requires a unique approach, utilization of all available methods and tools at our disposal is critical.
