Beach House New Lawn Installation
This property got flooded with seawater and beach sand, which required an entire new lawn. One aspect was matching the grade of the patio and putting the appropriate slope on the lawn for proper drainage.
We removed the high salinity beach sand. We delivered and spread fresh topsoil. Next we seeded with an environmentally appropriate seed blend, applied an appropriate fertilizer and moisture retaining growth medium.
